Sometimes (okay, most of the time) after a long day of work, I don't feel like gettin' down and dirty in my kitchen. Anyone out there like warehouse clubs? The other day I took myself on a date to Sam's Club (because I found out non-members can get day passes!). Ty has a new mantra when it comes to meal time: "Make it a salad." So the other night when I suggested burgers for dinner, he suggested we... you guessed it... make them salads.
