I get lots of comments about the number of eggs I buy weekly. Typically, 1.5 or 2 dozen eggs make it into my cart to feed our household of two. People always want to know what we do with them all. Tacos are a staple in our house! They are quick, easy, inexpensive, and delicious. But have you every looked at the ingredients listed on a packet of store-bought taco seasoning? No bueno.
